5 On-The-Go Breakfast Meals.

It isn’t any secret to people who know me that I do NOT like to cook. I am a HUGE advocate of easy meals that take less than 10 minutes to make. Raise your hand if you’re with me. AND it’s an even BIGGER bonus if they are also healthy (because I have new years resolutions I’m trying to keep over here). SO. In honor of staying true to my hopes and dress from the beginning of the year, I’ve put together 5 easy meals for our on-the-go #girlbossin’ lady.

5 Easy Breakfast Meals.

This smoothie recipe is super easy. All you need is a good blender, 1 1/5 bananas, 1 cup of strawberries, 1 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk, and a handful of kale or baby spinach! Blend to creamy perfection and enjoy! It is filling and super healthy.

This is by far the easiest one on this list. You need vanilla greek yogurt, a handful of vanilla + almond granola pieces, and diced fruit. Mix together and enjoy! The ratio for each of these items is totally preference and up to you. I typically do 1/2 yogurt, 1/4 granola, 1/4 diced fruit — but to each his own!

I know this probably needs no explanation BUT. I like to use honey wheat toast, creamy honey almost butter (Justin’s has the BEST ONE here), sliced bananas and chocolate chips. If you use dark chocolate chips, you can’t even feel bad because science says they’re actually good for you (in moderation).

This might not float everyone’s boat, but if you LOVE citrus fruit, this may be for you. I personally love grapefruit. It is a little bitter but when you add a little bit of brown sugar sprinkled on top, it tastes AMAZING. I suggest quartering the grapefruit and filling a tiny bowl with brown sugar to lightly dip in.

These are super self explanatory. Slice up your favorite fruit and stick them on some bamboo kabob sticks!! Easy to eat and they look oh so pretty. Perfect for #morningvibes on instagram, amiright?
